OBJECTIVES

Rise Visual Effects Studios is one of the biggest design studios for VFX in central Europe with offices in Berlin, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart.

Following a recommendation from a mutual client, Stoneway were retained to search out and secure 5000-6000sqft of high quality office space in the West End. The space needed to have an industrial edge, a self-contained entrance and super fast fibre connections on-net.

“Coming from Berlin, we needed guidance on the London market and were referred to Stoneway by another firm in our industry. Given our the type of creative work we carry out, we had some quite specific requirements in terms of access, power, ceiling height and light levels.
