“We have worked with Shaun since 2012 when Stoneway acquired our first office on Kingly Street. Since then our business has grown, and in 2022 we needed a new home for Coffee and TV for the next phase of our development. Our brief was to secure a destination hub, in a central Farringdon location. Our move from the West End would be a big wrench for us, as W1 is where we’ve always been and so the new office had to have that ‘wow’ factor and offer all the functionality associated with an office fit for a post-production house. After a painstaking search that took over a year, Shaun identified the Skipper Building which had just commenced a dramatic redevelopment from a Victorian cigarette factory to 21st century workspace.
